The Oracle Independent Consultants (OIC) LLC is the "go to" Oracle Consulting Partner for Oracle Enterprise Security and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) installation and implmentation seervices, training and resources.

Our network of Contractors is committed to our core values including continuous education.  We provide our Contractors with access to free self-paced training courses that they can use to become an Oracle Champion and earn OPN Certification for one or more of the Oracle Technology Products and/or Applications included in Oracle Enterprise Security and GRC Suites.
