Oracle Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Application Sales Representative

Scope:

  • Leads the activities of the virtual sales team in promoting and selling OIC's Oracle Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Security and Controls solutions in targeted geographic areas 
  • Works collaboratively with our Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Business Development to execute the Sales and Marketing Plan.
  • Works to identify all relevant organizations (including existing Oracle customers) focusing on a smaller targeted number, to develop a specific value proposition and sales engagement activity around GRC.
  • Works with appropriate Oracle Sales Representatives and alliances as appropriate.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops a strategy and sales plan to address the market in relation to GRC product solution
  • Develops profiles of targeted accounts within the industry sector.
  • Defines appropriate GRC Industry Value Propositions Driving the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Generates and follows up on leads
  • Qualifies leads and prioritizes opportunities
  • Marshalls internal and Oracle Partner Network (OPN) and other resources to conduct campaigns
  • Identifyies and works with the appropriate people in Oracle and the Customer
  • Develops, extends and maintains relationships with the appropriate staff
  • Facilitates and nurtures Senior Management relationships to generate active sponsorship of Oracle GRC, Security and Controls Initiatives
  • Works with, and influences the activities of Oracle Partners as appropriate
  • Maintainins an understanding of Oracle's strategic direction and interprets its relevance to the industry sectors
  • Maintains an awareness of Oracle's current and future technology products and services
  • Maintains an understanding of competitive activity relevant to industry sector and product proposition.

Accountabilities:

  • Research and communicates current industry trends, drivers and GRC market potential
  • Translates OIC’s Strategy and Marketing Messages to the market
  • Creates Value Propositions and communicate the benefits of these to the market
  • Designs sales and marketing campaigns and put teams and task forces together to deliver them
  • Works with Multi Channel Sales Marketing to co-ordinate marketing activities in order to generate leads
  • Produces an accurate monthly forecast and pipeline
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with other Oracle LOBs to ensure resources are made available as and when required
  • Establishs and maintains contractual agreements between OIC and the Customers
  • Maintains contact with accounts through technology implementation
  • Delivers and co-ordinate customer presentations and demonstrations
  • Attends Industry Related functions
  • Attends Industry forums
